Our Syrup

Hale’s Smoked Hickory Syrup is smokier than maple syrup and sweeter than honey. Most people think it tastes like a marshmallow roasting over a campfire. It’s great poured over pancakes, waffles or ice cream. It’s unique flavor also works well as a glaze for meats, a great sweetener for cocktails, and in teas and coffee.

At Hale’s Haven Farm, it is our goal to foster a community of people who see potential in the world around them, and use it for good. Hale’s Smoked Hickory Syrup was born when Nathan Hale decided to make use of local trees to create a product that tasted great and turn it into a business that could help support his home.
